What Your Warranty Covers
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
Tiles failing ASTM C1167 breaking strength or moisture absorption standards will be replaced or refunded at VEREA’s discretion.
FREE REPLACEMENT TILE
VEREA will supply replacement tile for any defective portion, or refund the original purchase price of the defective tiles.
LIFETIME DURATION
Coverage applies for the entire time the original property owner continues to own the home where the tile was installed.
COLOR CONSISTENCY
Unreasonable color variation from the sample at time of sale, or facial imperfections visible from over 40 feet, qualify as defects.
